Recipe Specific Ingredients:
Yoghurt: 500 Gms
Apple: 1 Medium sized
Walnuts: 1/2 cups
Almonds: 1/2 cups
Cumin Seeds: 3-4 tea spoons
Salt: 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder: 1 tsp
How to make Preparation for making Raita:
Wash the apple and chop it into small pieces.
Chop the almonds and walnuts to small pieces.
Roast the cumin seeds and grind it to fine powder.
How to make Raita (Almond, Walnut & Apple Raita):
Take youghurt in a bowl and whisk it well.
Now add roasted cumin seeds powder and salt and red chilly powder and mix well.
Add the chopped dry fry fruits and mix.
Add the chopped apples and mix again.
Garnish it with Cumin seeds powder, red chilly powder and some dry fruit.
It is ready to serve.
