Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor.

Recipe Specific Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese: 500 Gms
Gram Flour: 2 spoons
Carom Seeds: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Pepper Corn: 1 tsp
Garlic & Coriander Paste
Salt: 1 tsp (as per taste)
Kashmiri Red chilly Powder: 2 tsp
Mustard Oil: 1 spoon for cooking
How to Prepare for making Paneer Tikka:
Wash the cottage Cheese with warm water.
Cut it into thick pieces.
Sprinkle some salt and Red Chilly Powder on the cheese.
Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. let the water drain from the cottage cheese.
Chop the green chilies to small pieces.
Chop Tomatoes, onions and simla Mirch to dices.
How to make Batter for Paneer Tikka:
Take 3 spoons of hung curd in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, Chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves and mix well.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp of Carom Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste and saute it well.
Add 1/2 tspp salt and 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder to it and mix well.
Now add tsp of gram flour to it and mix well again. Saute it.
Add this to the Batter and mix well.
How to make
Add the diced slices of Tomatoes, Onions and Capsicum to the batter.
Mix well to marinate it.
Now addd the cheese pieces to it and marinate the cheese pieces. take care not to break the cheese pieces.
Add freshly powdered Pepper corns (1 tsp ) to it.
Skew the Cheese and the Dices.
Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grill it for 20-25 minutes.
It is ready to serve.
