Mooli ki Bhurji (Scrambled Raddish)

Ingredients:

Recipe Specific Ingredients:

Radish: 500 Gms

Spice Ingredients:

Asafoetida: 1 pinch

Cumin Seeds: 1 tea spoon

carom seeds: 1/2 tsp

Basic Ingedients:

Salt: 1 tsp (as per taste)

Red Chilly Powder: 1/2 tea spoon

Mustard Oil: 1 spoon

How to prepare Radish for recipe:

Clean and peel the radish. Wash it with clean water.

Grate the radish and remove extra water.

Chop 1 or 2 geen chillies

How to make Mooli ki bhurji:

Heat one spoon oil in a pan

Add a pinch of asafoetida and 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 1/2 carom seeds.

Add the grated radish.

Stir well. Saute it and dry all the water till radish has little golden tinge.

Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red chilly powder. and 1 chopped green chilly.

Mix well and simmer a little for another 5 minutes and it is ready.

Dish it out and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
